Avocado Ragusa salad with Balsamic vinegar dressing

Ingredients

  • 80g avocado
  • 25g Ragusa
  • 2g olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20g balsamic vinegar
  • 10g caster sugar

Dice the avocado and the Ragusa, mix with the olive oil, then add a pinch of salt. Arrange on a plate. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the caster sugar and sprinkle over the salad. Garnish with basil leaves.
